Royal Canadian Sea Cadets Annual Review

Every year the 229 Viking Royal Canadian Bancroft Sea Cadets are formally recognized for all their achievements and accomplishments that they have made during the training year. This year our Mayor Paul Jenkins has gladly accepted to be our Reviewing Officer.
