As we get closer to election day OPP are reminding everyone that damaging or removing election signs is a crime under the Criminal Code and Elections Canada Act.
It could also be trespassing, OPP say, as most election signs are posted on private property.
They add that If you see suspicious activity or vandalism happening, or have information about incidents in OPP jurisdictions contact the OPP.
