An award is recognizing Bancroft’s work on the Bridge Street Bridge Project.
The Association of Municipal Managers, Clerks and Treasurers presented the town with the E.A. Danby Award yesterday. The award recognizes municipal administration projects for municipalities with less than 20,000 people.
Mayor Bernice Jenkins says the project is a collaboration between the Ontario Trillium Foundation and groups around Bancroft.
