OPP say a Bancroft man, wanted on a Canada wide warrant, has been arrested following a traffic stop in town.
Just before 8 p.m. on Friday, officers stopped a vehicle and discovered that the driver was wanted on a Canada wide warrant.
Officers also seized suspected cocaine and a weapon from the vehicle.
One person is facing multiple charges including cocaine trafficking and possession of firearms, weapons and ammunition.
The accused is in custody and scheduled to appear in court today.
