The United Way Hastings & Prince Edward says it’s crossed the $500,000 mark in its campaign to raise $2.2 million.
The campaign continues until the end of January and supports North Hastings agencies, such as North Hastings Children’s Services and North Hastings Community Trust.
Executive Director Brandi Hodge says it’s too early to predict the end result, but she feels confident the “ambitious” target can be met.
One upcoming way to donate is through the Virtual Auction, taking place from November 13 to 21.
