OPP have located 35-year-old federal offender Eric Vining.
The police announced last week they were searching for the man. The OPP’s Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement Squad was looking for the man that was known to frequent the Belleville and Quinte West area.
The OPP sent out a tweet Tuesday saying they found him.
He’s currently serving a three year, eight-month and 21-day sentence for dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, operate motor vehicle flight from peace officer, theft under $5,000, possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000, fail to comply with probation order, fail to comply with conditional recognizance, unauthorized use of credit card data, theft over $5,000, and mischief in relation to other property.
