All lab-confirmed cases of COVID-19 have been resolved by Hastings-Prince Edward Public Health.
There have been 43 lab-confirmed cases of the virus reported so far by Public Health.
There was one case still active in early July when Public Health declared all active cases of the virus were “resolved.” That person has since gone on to recover bringing the total amount of recoveries in the region to 37.
Five people have died due to the virus.
Since the pandemic began, 13,331 swabs have been done by Public Health as of Monday morning throughout Hastings and Prince Edward Counties.
