June could start with rainy weather, higher temperatures down the stretch

It’s going to be a wet start to June in Renfrew County.

That’s according to Environment Canada Meteorologist Gerald Cheng, who says some areas could see thunderstorms while other might not.

As far as temperatures go, Cheng says they could be on the rise later in the month.

Environment Canada is calling for a good chance of showers and a high of 25 to kick off June this Friday.
