Road work on Drohan Road in Brudenell, Lyndoch and Raglan is expected to be finished Tuesday.
That’s according to Michelle Mantifel, Clerk-Treasurer for the Township. The road was damaged by a washout as a result of Sunday’s heavy rainfall throughout the day. She says crews were out Monday to make sure that all repairs were completed which included grading where the rain had washed the road out.
Mantifel says Cormac road was also covered in water during the storm, but levels have since returned to normal and all roads in the township have reopened. In the future, she reminds motorists to be careful while driving in heavy rainfall in the Brudenell area.
