A North Kawartha man accused of stealing a vehicle in Bancroft has been charged.
It happened early on the morning of March 25th. Bancroft OPP says the victim called to say that a man they know had taken their vehicle without permission.
The 20-year-old accused was later found in a parking lot, and arrested. He now faces charges of taking a vehicle without consent, along with two counts of driving while suspended and two counts of failing to comply with recognizance.
