The death of a man in Bancroft in April will not result in any charges.
That’s according to Tony Loparco, Director of the Special Investigations Unit who says there are no grounds for charges.
In April, a man committed suicide inside of a Bancroft residence while officers tried to negotiate with him.
The unit investigated whether or not the man’s death was due to lack of effort or level of care, and deemed that that was not the case.
